I wanted to change my job in a Warehouse as a fork lift driver and have always enjoyed helping my Mum in the Garden. My girlfriend saw the Farley Estate Advert and suggested I gave it a go. I really enjoyed my time there; it's a great team atmosphere.

In 2013 I wanted a change of career in to Horticulture. I found the Farley Estate Advert online and a few weeks later I started my apprenticeship! With great help from the Farley Team I have now finished my apprenticeship. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience which I am now going to take forward when I start up my own business. I have really enjoyed my time here and would recommend Farley to anyone looking to pursue a career in Horticulture.
